There are four buffet restaurants, 2 of them themed for lunch and dinner. For a fee guests can use the laundry service.

The hotel is located in the area of Santiago del Teide, just 5 minutes from the bustling resort of Playa de la Arena and 10 minutes from the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes. Tenerife South Airport is about 45 km.
